What You’ll Do:

• Lead and support a small team to achieve sales and service goals

• Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring a positive work culture

• Prioritize tasks to ensure smooth daily operations and customer satisfaction

• Collaborate with the Team Leader to implement new initiatives and processes

• Leverage your problem-solving skills to resolve customer queries and concerns

• Support the sales process and promote the benefits of our water purification products

• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and ensure team members are well-informed
