About the Opportunity

Join a well-established, industry-leading Pure Water Specialist with nearly 30 years of experience. Puratap manufactures and supplies high-quality water purifiers to households across South Australia and is known for its strong reputation and customer-first approach.

As a Relief Filter/Service Technician, you will support Franchisees by providing cover during leave periods and assisting with customer service and basic hands-on work. This role offers variety, independence, and the chance to build valuable experience in a supportive environment.

You’ll receive ongoing guidance and support from Head Office to help you succeed while working autonomously in the field.

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

• Enjoys hands-on, practical work
• Takes pride in delivering great customer service
• Communicates clearly and professionally
• Is reliable, flexible, and able to work independently
• Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Is physically fit and comfortable with a mobile role
• Enjoys driving (local area preferences considered where possible)
• Can work from approximately 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday
• Holds (or is willing to obtain) a police clearance

Experience

Previous customer service experience is preferred but not essential. What matters most is your attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
